The fee for using the after hours service is $2.00 for a locker, plus the regular receiving fees. The fee is per locker, not per package. The locker fee is non-refundable on the day of the reservation.

A credit card on file with us is required to pay for the after hours service. On our website there is a 'My Account' button. Login to your account and select 'Payment.'

When you receive a package notification email from us, log in to your account, select the After Hours tab, and request which evening you would like to pick up. Make sure you have a valid credit card on file with us, if not you can enter it online as well. When we receive your request we will email you an entry code. When you arrive at Package Express, enter your code into the keypad by the after hours door. The screen will tell you which locker number your packages are in, and the front door and your locker will unlock.

Sorry but this is a web only service. We require that it be reserved through our website.
